The short flick is summarized as "Sweet Home Alabama, 1986: Burton ( Cullen Carr, Torture Me No More) has had a bad day, and things are about to get a hell of a lot worse. After loosing his job and finding his wife cheating on him with his best friend, Burton begins spending his days and nights at the local bar. His drunken exploits eventually lead him down a dangerous road of sex, cults and murder. With a special appearance by Kyle Holman (Sleepaway Camp III, Hide and Creep), "Golden Age" is not just a movie." I got a kick out of Kyle Holman playing the killer after having been a victim of Angela in SC3. Couldn't tell if the flick was shot on digital, video, or film - but it sure has been processed to look like a true holy grail out of the 70's or 80's with its bleached-out, soft-toned look and its grain specks and flicker.
